Please Note:

• All passengers are required to pay regardless of age or height.
• Please provide both “Arrival” and “Departure” details during the booking process: Date/Time/Airline/Flight Number/Hotel.  Dates are subject to availability.
• It is your responsibility to contact the ground transportation supplier directly if you miss your flight or have a change in your flight plans. Please do so immediately so the ground transportation operator can arrange for your pick-up. The Gray Line phone number will appear on your voucher.
• You can bypass timeshare solicitors standing outside the baggage claim and proceed just a short distance down the hallway to our agents wearing Gray Line uniforms.
• If you book the incorrect hotel zone, you are responsible to pay the difference in Cancun.
• Attractions and services are non-cancelable. A Voucher has no cash value and is non-transferable. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations of a Voucher will be granted once Voucher has been issued. Refunds will not be issued for unused or partially used attractions or services. Availability and pricing for an attraction or service are subject to change without notice.

Redemption Instructions:

• Please call or email us at least 48 hours prior to arrival to confirm your flight and hotel details.
• Upon purchase, you will receive an email linking to a voucher.  Please print and present your voucher to redeem services. Upon arrival, please exit Customs and follow airport signs to transportation. Your pre-purchased transfer entitles you to VIP skip-the-line privileges at any Gray Line airport counter. Once outside, hand your voucher to a Gray Line Cancun representative who will direct you to the first available vehicle. Make sure to include your transportation voucher with your travel documents. If you arrive without a voucher you may be unnecessarily delayed.  Free Sunset Cruise instructions are included within electronic voucher.
