We will begin our visit to this magical city riding through the main streets with their Incan walls. Then, we go to the archaeological park just outside of Cusco to see the Saqsayhuaman Fortress, an amazing and marvel of stone construction. We also visit Q’enqo, an ancient place of worship and religious ceremonies. We continue with a bus trip to the Sacred Citadel of the Incas, Machu Picchu. We shall visit the three windows temple, the Sacred Plaza, the Intihuatana "Sundial”, the Royal palace, the Sacred rock, the Sun temple, the condor, and some more esoteric and mystic places. A buffet lunch at the top of the mountain concludes this tour of the arhaeological jewels of Cusco.

Day 1: Lima/Cusco
Arrival, welcome and transfer to the hotel. Remainder of the morning at leisure to acclimatize to the altitude. In the afternoon, we will visit this magical city, riding through the main streets with their Incan walls. We will visit the Cathedral and the Qorikancha or Sun Temple, known today as Santo Domingo Church. Then, we will go to the archaeological park in the surroundings of Cusco where we can look at the Saqsayhuaman Fortress, an amazing and huge stone construction. We also visit Q’enqo, a place that was used for worship and as a ceremonial center. Then Pucapucara (small red fortress), finally Tambomachay or the Inca’s Bath, a spring of crystalline water. Day 2: Cusco/Machu Picchu/Cusco
Transfer to the railway station to board the train to the little town of Aguas Calientes. Then, we shall take a bus to the Sacred Citadel of the Incas, Machu Picchu. We shall visit the three windows temple, the Sacred Plaza, the Intihuatana "Sundial”, the Royal palace, the Sacred rock, the Sun temple, the condor and some more esoteric and mystic places. Buffet Lunch at the top of the mountain. In the afternoon return to Cusco. Lodging.

Day 3: Cusco/Lima
Breakfast. Transfer to the airport. Departure to Lima.
