Q: How can I earn commissions on Gray Line products?

A: Gray Line has made it possible for Travel Professionals to book Gray Line products in a consistent way on behalf of their clients via www.grayline.com. Travel professionals may register for this program and begin selling Gray Line products while earning their commission in one convenient location. Q: What information will I need to register with Gray Line’s instant commission program?
A: To register with Gray Line’s online commission program you will need:
1. A valid ARC, IATA, IATAN, or CLIA number
2. A valid email address
3. A valid agency mailing address

Q: I booked tours for my client and now they need to cancel, what do I do?
A: Products booked on www.grayline.com are non-refundable. If you wish to change the dates of the tour or investigate possible solutions, please contact the Gray Line destination with whom the tour was actually booked. See the contact information section of the voucher that was printed at the time of purchase or select the destinations page on www.grayline.com and choose the appropriate destination. Q: I entered the wrong date/time for a tour that I purchased for my client, how do I change the date/time?
A: If you wish to change the dates of the tour or investigate other possible solutions, please contact the Gray Line destination with whom the tour was actually booked. Q: My client has questions regarding the tour that are not included in the tour description information listed on the website. Where do I go for additional information?
A: For additional information regarding specific tour details such as hotel accommodations, detailed departure, or tour destination information, please contact the appropriate Gray Line destination. Q: How much commission can I earn on Gray Line product?
A:  Travel Agents earn a 10% commission (return to main travel trade page)

Q: What if I do not have an ARC or IATAN number?
A: Currently, our travel trade commission program on www.grayline.com only supports ARC, IATA, IATAN and CLIA agencies. We may, however, add other accreditations to our system in the future.  You may still book directly with our individual Gray Line locations around the world via phone, fax or email. Q: I am trying to log into the system, what is my username and password?
A: Your username and your password were selected by you at the time of registration. If you experience difficulty logging in, double check the spelling of the items you are entering along with your Caps Lock key as these are case sensitive and must be entered exactly as when you registered with the system. If you have forgotten your username, please contact our Customer Service Representative at katherine@grayline.com or 303-394-6920. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one by visiting this page and clicking the appropriate link beneath the sign-on fields. Also note, until you have received the email stating you have been successfully registered and are no longer a pending agent, you will not be able to log in. (return to main travel trade page)

Q: Does Gray Line offer "agent rates?"
A: All of our destinations are independently owned and operated and have their own policies regarding agent discounts. Please contact the appropriate Gray Line destination regarding their policy.
