Rely on Gray Line for your airport transportation needs in Rio de Janeiro. Gray Line’s shuttle service is a quick and cost effective way to travel between the airport and your hotel. Shared shuttles operate daily from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Please Note:

• Do not leave the meeting point without calling Gray Line. Keep in mind that the shuttle leaves hourly, on the hour.
• One suitcase and one handbag are included per person. One additional bag will cost an additional 5 Brazilian Reais (Approx $3 US) to be paid upon pickup.

Redemption Instructions:

• Please re-confirm your transfer details by phone or email at least 72 hours prior to departure with passenger names, arrival date, flight number, hotel name with address and telephone number. Five minutes prior to your provided airport pick-up time, our driver will meet you at the departure point (see below) holding a “Shuttle Rio” sign with the Gray Line logo on it and escort you to your vehicle.

  • When you leave the restricted area, go up to the second floor and walk towards the C sector International departures area. The meeting point is at the Information Desk from INFRAERO. This is your meeting point. 5 minutes prior to your scheduled departure, our driver will meet you with a Shuttle Rio sign with the Gray Line logo and will take you to the vehicle. Do not leave the meeting point without calling Gray Line.
• International Flights: 
  • When leaving the restricted area, go up to the second floor. The meeting point is at the Information Desk from INFRAERO. This is your meeting point. 5 minutes prior to your scheduled departure, our driver will meet you with a Shuttle Rio sign with the Gray Line logo and will take you to the vehicle. Do not leave the meeting point without calling Gray Line.

  • When you leave the restricted area go to the elevator or the stairs and go up to the 3rd floor. The meeting point is at the Information Desk from INFRAERO You can wait by the Chairs behind the desk. This is your meeting point. 5 minutes prior to your scheduled departure, our driver will meet you with a Shuttle Rio sign with the Gray Line logo and will take you to the vehicle. Do not leave the meeting point without calling Gray Line.
• International Flights:
