TUCSON, Arizona – Ready to get your news directly from the source, instead of your favorite network anchor? Head out on your own personal fact-finding mission with Gray Line of Tuscon’s Border Crisis: Fact and Fiction tour. See firsthand what is really going on at the much-debated U.S. – Mexico border.

Most of the border-related information that is readily available to the public comes from media outlets with one political spin or another. “The genius of this tour is its apolitical nature,” says Brad Weber, President and CEO of Gray Line Worldwide. “Our hope is that each individual leaves with more knowledge than they came with, and goes on to share that knowledge.”

As the tour travels from Tucson to the border town of Nogales, visitors will stop at the water tanks in Arivaca, placed there by the nonprofit group Humane Borders for thirsty travelers in need of rejuvenation, U.S. citizens or not. The tour also includes discussions about the border’s effects on the area’s produce and livestock economy and a visit to the actual point of entry and border fence.

Regardless of political leanings, this tour is an ideal way to make an informed decision one way or the other. Not only is Gray Line of Tucson helping the public do their own investigating, but they’re giving a a voice to those on the border. To learn more, go to Gray Line Tucson
