Description

Our catamaran will depart from Port Arias, located in Lapataia Bay. We will sail east towards Punta Tortuga, past the entrance of Lapataia Bay, by Ensenada Bay, Redonda Island, Estorbo Island, Golondrina Bay and Ushuaia Peninsula. Bridges Island contains a variety of sea mammals and birds that we will be able to see upon arrival.

Alicia Island is famous primarily because of the large Imperila Cormorant colony living there. Not far is Seal´s Island, where is possible to see the two different species of seals.

Sailing towards the Les Eclaireurs lighthouse and along the Tierra del Fuego Island coast, our return to Ushuaia will betgin. In this area, Port Tunel stands out with its old sawmill and "estancia.” Many scientists have visited this place to study the “yamana" culture.

As we enter Ushuaia´s bay, enjoy a spectacular view of the city and the surrounding Le Mariales mountains. Our excursion will end at the “Eduardo Brisighelli” pier.
