Is it best to pre-purchase products or should I wait until I arrive at my destination? 

All of our tours and activities are available for sale once you arrive in your destination - that's the good news. The bad news is that most of our tours are in high demand, so we may be sold ourt once you get there. To get the best possible deal and avoid the disappointment of not getting the right tour at the right time for the right price, we suggest booking well before you leave home.


 
 
How do I receive my tickets? 

Upon completing your booking, you will receive an electronic ticket ready to print. You will also receive an email with your ticket attached in case you'd like to print it later.

 
 
How do I confirm my booking? 

Our local office's phone/email details are listed in the right column of your electronic ticket (emailed to you at the time of booking). Redemption instructions are also printed in the right column of each ticket. Your booking is considered confirmed the moment it is made so the purpose of this contact is to make sure we have all the information required to complete your booking such as hotel name (if pick-up is included) and that no issues have arisen that would require alternate plans such as national strikes, weather hazards, unexpected road closures, etc. Not all bookings require confirmation. Please follow the redemption instructions provided on your ticket.

 
 
I entered the wrong date/time for a tour that I purchased, how do I change the date/time? 

Because we own and operate all of our tours, we're more than happy to accommodate you for a different day or time - as long as we have availability. The best way to make a change is to contact our team in the destination you're traveling to. You'll find the contact information on your tour or activitiy voucher. If you need any additional help, feel free  to call or email us using the details found on the Contact Us page.

 

 
 
Are products booked at www.grayline.com refundable? 

In most cases, if you buy something from us and then change your mind, no problem. We're happy to refund your pre-booked tour or activity, less a 10% service fee, as long as you let us know 48 hours in advance of your departure date. We do have some tickets that are 100% non-refundable once booked. This mostly applies to some of our rail journeys, products that include a hotel stay or some high-demand activities. If a product is non-refundable, we'll clearly note it as part of the tour description.

If you have an emergency and absolutely can't travel on the date you originally planned your trip, let us know and we'll do everything we can to work with you.
