How it works:
Within 24 hours of your purchase, if you find a lower rate for the exactly the same service on another internet site (same product, same provider, same date, same time, same conditions, same currency), just send us a web screen print by email to our customer care team info@grayline.com including all your booking details and full details of the website you have seen offering a better price together with the date you saw the offer to submit a claim under the Best Price Guarantee. Our team will check and authorize the refund if necessary. All refund decisions will be made at the sole discretion of Gray Line. Refunds of the price difference will be processed to the credit card used for the original booking. Please note: Gray Line will only process one "Best Price Guarantee" refund per tour or activity purchased and that show, concert and sports / event tickets are not covered by Gray Line Best Price Guarantee.
Details and Disclosures:
The Best Price Guarantee is not available for bookings on websites where the supplier, accommodation, rental car company, itinerary or similar booking details are unknown until after purchase (opaque or secret deal bookings). You must meet all requirements imposed on the lower price (if any), including, without limitation, residency, regional and age-related requirements. The Best Price Guarantee applies only to prices both advertised and available to the general public on an English-language website. For example, this does not include rates offered on membership program websites, rewards program, incentive, meeting, convention, consolidator or interline/travel trade prices; corporate discounts or rates; group, charter, prices obtained via auction or similar process; or prices available only by using a coupon or other promotion not offered to the general public. The lower rate may not come from a website where you call to get the rate, or from an e–mail that you received.
