We certainly do wish for all our tour experiences to be seamless, enjoyable, unique and worthwhile, and apologize that you felt anything else but 100% satisfied at the conclusion of the event. No real colors to see. Windows on the bus reflected the other side of the road. Made it difficult to see out the window you were sitting next to. Had to cup our faces with our hands and press up against the window to see. If you had the window seat this worked but if you didn't you were out of luck. Also driver lowered the front shield which then took away a great deal of the forward view. I asked if he could raise it so I could see out he claimed the sun was in his eyes. The sun was behind us so that didn't seem to make sense.

Hello,
I would first like to thank you for choosing Gray Line and apologize for the less than satisfactory experience on your Fall Foliage Tour. We certainly do trust our guides, drivers, and tour vehicles to all aid in delivering a great experiences to those who took their time to join us and experience a region, and we're sorry that the experience was anything less than stellar on the day of your tour. As a note, the tinting on our bus windows is ideal for year-round passenger comfort, but we do realize that on this tour it may not be the most ideal option. Based on your review, we can certainly touch base with our local Boston Office to inquire about rotating in any busses who do not have heavy window tinting for this tour. Again, we thank you for taking the time to review our services, and apologize for any inconveniences faced during the day.
