Very beautiful drive, and lots of interesting information about PEI. Our driver Roddie was born and raised on the Island, so he had a ton of information, and could answer any question.

I would have liked more time at Green Gables. There was not enough time to both look at the house and do the walks. I had to choose which one I wanted to do. I was not interested in the preserves shop but others were. However, I realise that on a tour, all expectations need to be catered for.

Interesting, but would have liked to stay around longer, but not enough time was allowed.

ITINERARY

Begin with a memorable city tour of historic downtown Charlottetown followed by a stop at PEI Preserves in New Glasgow.

Continue on to the coastal fishing village of North Rustico and the famous PEI National Park, home of Cavendish and Anne of Green Gables. You’ll have more than enough time to sample homemade island jams, visit the Anne of Green Gables homestead, and stroll the boardwalk overlooking the beautiful sandy beaches of our island.

Continue on to Rustico Harbour, where you will visit a traditional fishing village and learn about the history of the PEI fishery. Relax and enjoy the scenery.
