Hello,

We do apologize for any uncomfortable conditions on board our service in Chicago over the weekend. There were expected to be record-breaking lows for temperatures in the city, and we were just trying to counter this for our guests! We're sorry to hear that it got a bit warmer than necessary, and we're glad to hear to hear that some adjustments were made upon request from a customer. We hope you enjoyed the other aspects of the experience, and look forward to welcoming you on another tour in the future!

Was advertised as a Holiday Lights Tour ending up at the Kriskindle Market. Boarded a bus (not a trolley) which took us several blocks (could have walked) and dropped off at market with instructions to stay there for 45 minutes. Inquired why it was not lights tour and was told it was a Friday and traffic was bad so itinerary was changed. Next and final stop was to be a drop off at Zoo where we would again be dropped off. Bailed out - waste of $$$- please refund nine tickets.

Hello Barbara

As you know, the week you joined us we had severe winter weather in Chicago, with some days a high of only 3 degrees and terrible snow and ice storms. We felt it was in the best interest of the customers safety to conduct the tour on a motor coach as it would handle the streets better (in case the city was behind in plowing and salting), and there were many accidents along Lake Shore Drive due to black ice. With the extreme cold the motor coach would be a more comfortable environment for the customers. As far as the stop at the zoo, every holiday season Lincoln Park Zoo is covered in Christmas Lights and the bus drivers through and lets the passengers off for a photo opportunity near the Christmas tree and Santa. We apologize that you were unsatisfied with the experience, and hope to make it up to you at a later date.

Thought there would have been more lights. Couldn't see landmarks that well from a bus at night.

Hello,

We do apologize that you appear to have wanted a bit more from this tour than what was presented during the experience itself. We do our best to highlight the top points during the 1.5 hour experience, but it is hard to reach everything in a city like Chicago in that period of time. We hope that there were some aspects that you enjoyed and took away the experience, and that you have a wonderful rest of your holiday season!
