Driver made the journey to and from the Grand Canyon acceptable, and without his constant line of chatter, this review would be different.

While I still like Grayline, this particular tour had some short-comings. When we arrived at the North Rim, we had to wait in line like other tourists. My other Grayline experiences prevented that. Also, the point of interest was so crowded (three hour wait) that our members did not have the opportunity to tour it even though they paid extra for the opportunity. Our bus driver(s) were confusing. We arrived safely, but both said things that did not inspire confidence. For example, "The driver quit, and we are training the janitor." "Name... didn't know how to drive the new bus so that is why I came in on my day off." "Please leave a tip, we got you there safely." I do not believe we were the only customers who were distraught over the way our tour was handled.

Miguel and enrique were amazingly kind and entertaining tour guides. They provided lots of information along the tour and even took us to an extra spot for photos for free which was breathtaking and i now very much cherish those photos. They were honestly the nicest people i had met during my time in the USA, i was really taken aback by their kindness. Because my partner and i were the last to be dropped back at our hotel miguel and enrique were very empathetic and even gave us a small souvenir which i will keep forever.Such an enjoyable experience that i would recommend to everyone. I also hope that miguel and enrique are genorously rewarded for their efforts.
