Hat sich gut gelohnt. In einem zweitägigen kurzen Ausflug haben wir München gut gesehen und vieles gelernt. Schnell und angenehm.

The tour was quite short and I didn't enjoy the lady that narrated in both English and German. Tour buses in Vienna or Paris were much better. I'm sure Munich has more to offer.

Hello,

It's unfortunate to read that your time spent on our Hop On Hop Off tour felt a little underwhelming. We understand the value of these bus tours and routes, as our customers have booked this with the goal of seeing as much of the city as possible in one day. We have carefully picked these spots as great jumping off points to explore a piece of the city, a section at a time. Sorry to hear it was a bit off the mark for you. As a note about the German speaking portion of the tour--Munich does receive a lot of homeland tourists as well, and we do feel the need to provide a tour to our residents in their native language. We are sorry that this was an inconvenience to you, but we do our best to cater to all travelers, whether they be from near or far! You are correct that Munich has much more to offer, and we hope that you may think about giving us another opportunity to show you what you might have missed the next time you visit us!

the problem with this tour is that you do not get a good view of the sites. the tour bus goes past htem too quickly you cant take a picture fast enough. then you are either too high to get the full building or too low get it.Also i didn't like that the tour bus operator was talking over the mic at the same time was the plug in earbuds. You dont know what to listen too. The tour requires a walking portion of it. marienplaz so you can really enjoy the city

Hello,

We're sorry to hear that you weren't as satisfied with your experience as we would have hoped. We design the route of this tour to hit a variety of different spots in the city, and it's a shame that you felt you missed some points of interest when driving by. Our busses do need to keep pace with traffic at certain points in the city, so we apologize for any inconveniences that may have resulted from this. For the hopping off portion of the tour, we do hope that you enjoyed some time to explore the neighborhoods and points of interest around the stops we make! We absolutely do read and review each statement our customers send us, and we thank you for taking the time to let us know your thoughts. We hope that we may be able to make it up to you on a future experience in Munich!

Staff was unhelpful and rude to us. Almost like they were racist??????

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to reach out and let us know your thoughts on the Hop On Hop Off tour you took in in Munich recently. While the comments regarding the scheduling, the map you should have received in the city does state that the busses will be at each stop every 20 minutes; we will certainly look to update our site to make sure that there is no contradicting information.

In regards to your comments regarding an unhelpful staff: As a travel company, we receive guests from different nationalities, religions, and cultural backgrounds on our tours in Munich on a daily basis. Rest assured that racism is not something we tolerate, promote, or even remotely expect our employees to engage in as members of the Gray Line team. We are saddened to hear that this is the conclusion you came to after dealing with our agents in Munich, and want to inquire about the matter further. Can you please email us at: info@grayline.com detailing the specific ways in which you felt you were discriminated against? Once received, we will review the matter with our Munich Office directly. Thank you in advance.
