Did not make appropriate attempt to find me. I waited outside main entrance of hotel at least 5 mins before pick up time. The driver did look in hotel lobby and asked concierge to call room. No attempt was made to phone me nor to look in the obvious place outside hotel where all cars/ taxis / buses arrived. We therefore missed the show which was the highlight of a trip. Very poor service and I would not recommend.

Our driver Kim was informative and made the trip safe and timely. The tickets were reasonably priced and a wonderful seat location.
