Happy to have the cover on top of the bus on a cold day, but makes it hard to take pictures. Nice way to see a lot without the stress of finding your own transportation and fun to listen to the guided narration!

Biggest rip-off. A $54 public bus that has no schedule.

We are sorry to hear that you found this tour to be anything but a 5 Star experience. it is our continuing goal to provide interesting and fun tours to those who join us, and we know how much of that starts with our guides that join passengers for the experience. We are sorry to hear that this portion of the service was lacking in what you've come to expect; we trust our certified guides to deliver clear and correct information, and nothing short of that! In response to the bus times--We do our best to get our busses from stop to stop on the 30 minute intervals we've set in place, but sometimes, outside factors inhibit this and we are just as stuck in traffic as everyone else! In light of this (and NYC's infamous traffic), we opt not to schedule posted times for our routes in NYC, as there is a chance for delays at all times of the day. We again apologize for the inconvenience, and wish you the best of luck in your future travels.

We absolutely recognize the importance that technology plays in our daily lives these days, and are working towards an e-ticketing system that can be recognized the world-over for our Gray Line system. We have implemented this in cities such as Paris, Montreal, and others, and are currently working towards a e-ticketing solution in New York. In the meanwhile, we do kindly ask that you must print your voucher out and redeem it in person at the time of your tour for your tickets. In addition to this, we do apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced in relation in the route direction--travel in NYC is a constant challenge, and for the foreseeable future, we are opting to utilize loop routes for our busses. We hope you can accept our apologies on the matter and wish you the best of luck in your future travels!

We are sorry to hear that our guide services were not up to the level we expect. As the face of our company, we trust our certified guides to deliver great, facts, figures and other relevant bits of information about NYC to those who've taken the time to visit us. In addition to this, we do give our customers the freedom to tip what they felt was necessary (or not) given the quality of the tour and its guide, and advise our staff to leave it at that. We apologize for any uncomfortable situations this may have left you in, and will be reaching out to our NYC Office to remind them of this promptly.
