Very poor in terms of value for money. Very few buses, long waits in the cold. Variable guides. Expensive.

Hello,

We do apologize that you did not feel the tour lived up to both the expectations you had prior or the tour cost you paid. We do our best to get our busses to their stops in the planned intervals we have set in place, but there are times when the nature of NYC traffic and events do back us up a bit. We do understand that the long wait lines are certainly not what you expected or wished to deal with when booking this tour, and for that, we do apologize.

Took an hour to redeem vouchers. "Tickets" are a wad of stapled receipts in a brochure folder. Go to wrist bands!! Not enough buses. Wait time was over an hour! Oversold on street by husslers without enough buses to accommodate. Recorded tour lame!!

Hi Mark,

We certainly do understand your point of view here, and would like to let you know that we are in the process of developing an e-ticketing system that can be recognized throughout NYC at our visitor centers and busses alike. We do apologize for any inconveniences you may have felt by this, but please know that we are doing our best to work towards a better method of voucher exchange! In the meantime however, this is the voucher exchange system we must utilize in order to ensure everything is in order from our business side of the perspective. In response to the other parts of your review, we will touch base with our team in NYC regarding our sales team in the city, as well as ensure that the frequency of our busses lines up with what is stated on our site. We thank you for bringing these issues to our attention, and hope you had a great time in NYC otherwise.

Much preferred the onboard guide of the night tour to the recorded tour info.

Hi Frederick,

Thank you for taking the time to express your thoughts on the Hop On Hop Off experience in NYC you took recently. It is our goal to have live guides on as many busses as possible throughout the day, but unfortunately there are times where this is not possible. We apologize that you did have a bus with the audio guide only, and hope that our live guides did their absolute best to make your experience worthwhile during the time you rode with them. We hope you had a fantastic visit to NYC otherwise, and wish you all the best in 2017!
