Hello Jorge,

We're sorry to hear that the Hop On Hop Off services weren't working at the pace we both prefer and expect on the day of your tour. While the Holidays are a busy time in Paris, we do understand that the long wait times are certainly not what you expected or wished to deal with when booking this tour. On everyone's behalf, we wish to apologize for the delay in service that you experienced.

The route we took covered all the highlights one would expect. The only negatives were the lack of info from Gray Line about the name of the partner tour company (this is identified on the London tour info pages but not for Paris) and the lack of headsets on the bus.

Hello,

Thank  you for taking the time to let us know your thoughts on our services. Full transparency is something we absolutely strive for, and we are sorry that our exclusive partnership with Paris CityVision Tours was not made more clear when you searched for it. In addition to this, we do apologize for any technical shortcomings onboard our busses; we'll reach out to our local office to make sure that everything is running smoothly and the necessary fixes can be made so future tour goers get to focus on Paris first and only!
