Everyone was very helpful, the evening tour was great, the tour guide was informative and friendly. We would do this again

The tour guides were not knowledgeable and they often didn't talk about the actual monuments or city but about themselves. Especially Deveroux or Dev he was the worst tour guide I ever had. Talking about where he has lived and other random personal things. I learned nothing from him and he was frankly annoying. The tour guides need to have a better script and more knowledge about the city. I did like that the buses were mostly there waiting when we were ready to leave and if not it was only a short wait. If you just look at it as a bus service to attractions around D.C. it was great. If you want a tour with interesting information use another company.

We're very sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your tour. We do encourage our guides to include personal anecdotes to make the tour more meaningful, but obviously we strive towards a balanced, informative tour. We will look into the script to make sure our guides are as informed and prepared as possible! Thank you for your feedback, it helps us improve our tours to be the best they can be!

We had a 48 hour pass. Buses were just okay the first day. The second day we waited 45 minutes to an hour at all stops.
Reply From NikkiW:
We're sorry to hear you had to wait that long. Unfortunately, sometimes traffic gets out of our control but we will consider our options and try to cut that wait time down, even on busy days. Thank you so much for your feedback!

I loved the hop on hop off tour! I got off on the stops I wanted to see. The information they give you as you ride on the bus was awesome. I learned so much. Loved the tour. If I had any questions it was easy to find someone in the burgundy jacket and ask. They were very helpful.
