Please Note

  • Buses run daily, every 20-30 minutes, with the first departure at 9 a.m. and last departure at 4 p.m. from Union Station, finishing between 5:30 and 6 p.m.
  • Please bring a copy of your voucher to any of the 45 bus stops and present it to the bus hostess. It will then be exchanged for a ticket.
  • Children under 5 ride free!

Redemption Instructions

washingtondc@grayline.com • (202) 779-9894 • For Big Bus Tours: Present a copy of your printed electronic voucher to a Big Bus representative at any of the 45 bus stops or stops on the appropriate color loop to receive your tickets. No confirmation call is required. You DO NOT need to come to Union Station to redeem your vouchers. However, if you plan to start from there, you DO NOT need to go upstairs to the Gray Line office; you can simply present your voucher to a Big Bus representative at their Main Level kiosks, or out front, where their buses are waiting
