DENVER, Colorado, January 6, 2012 - Sightseeing tours, airport transfers, motor coach charters and other services provided by Gray Line in 178 locations around the world are unaffected by the Chapter 11 Reorganization filing of Coach America.

Coach America Group Holdings Corporation filed a voluntary petition for Chapter 11 reorganization in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on January 3, 2012. Coach America, through its subsidiaries, operates sightseeing tours and other services under license from the Gray Line Corporation in San Francisco, CA., Monterey, CA., Carmel, CA., Los Angeles, CA., Anaheim, CA. and Las Vegas, NV.

"The senior management of the Gray Line Corporation, in conjunction with and on behalf of the Gray Line board of directors, wishes Coach America the best as they navigate the reorganization process," said Brad Weber, President and CEO of the Gray Line Corporation. "The Coach America management team has assured me that in the six cities where Coach America operates under the Gray Line brand, all services will continue to operate normally and without interruption. Furthermore, as each one of our locations is independently owned and operated, the reorganization of Coach America is not related to the business or operations of any other Gray Line Licensee or the Gray Line Corporation."

Gray Line Corporation licenses its iconic brand and world famous blue diamond logo to independently owned sightseeing, travel and transportation companies around the world. It also provides an Internet reservations system, brand marketing, global sales relationships, customer service support and other services to its Licensees. Independent companies who wish to license the Gray Line brand are selected only after completing a rigorous application process and receiving approval from the corporation's board of directors.
