- Minimum age to participate is 5 years old
- Children between the ages of 5 and 10 years must be accompanied by a paying adult in the water
- Pregnant women are not allowed to participate
- For the safety of the dolphins cameras are not allowed near the pool or in the observation area
- No jewelry and no sunscreen
