THE TOUR WAS WELL ORGANISED TO ALMOST PERFECTION
Feb 16 2016
Unfortunately, I felt like a captive taken advantage of for most of the trip. Whilst the visit to the temple, and Victoria Peak were enjoyable, and the preferential entry is good, being taken to a jewellery factory and almost goaded into purchasing something was uncomfortable and embarrassing. We felt abandoned during the drop off to a very low brow market, and the insistence on taking a boat ride prior to lunch was awful - the trip was boring, the boat owner incapable of communicating, and the fact that this was an extra cost, cash only, was very poorly handled - the guide for the day was wholly intent on "earning" their tip, which we were incessantly reminded about. I could not recommend this, it left a poor impression of Hong Kong and the organisation that supports such a tour

ITINERARY

MAN MO TEMPLE:
Built in 1847, the temple is dedicated to the gods Man (Literature) and Mo (Martial Arts). The temple is notable for its many fine and well-polished brass and pewter incense burners.

PEAK TRAM – EXCLUSIVELY ARRANGED FOR YOU!
Operated for over 125 years, there's nothing in the world like riding the 373-meter-long Tram to visit Victoria Peak. Many skyscraper buildings you pass by look like they're leaning at a 45 degree angle!

THE SKY TERRACE 428:
Standing at 428 metres above sea level, it is the highest viewing platform in Hong Kong! The terrace offers a stunning 360-degree panoramic view across Hong Kong (including the Victoria Harbour).

ABERDEEN FISHING VILLAGE:
Aberdeen Typhoon Shelter is an old traditional fishing village which is hard to find in any other parts of the world. You may gain a deeper insight of the Hong Kong fishing folks' lifestyle by riding on a sampan (at your own expense).

STANLEY MARKET:
Stanley market is a Shoppers' Paradise where you can find a wide variety of souvenirs, such as silk, garments, sportswear, Chinese artwork, and accessories.

DIM SUM LUNCH AT JUMBO KINGDOM:
Since its establishment in 1976, Jumbo Kingdom has served many world-famous celebrities and politicians, including HM Queen Elizabeth II, Tom Cruise, Chow Yun Fat, and many more. Now you can enjoy the same dim-sum as those mentioned above with a lunch at Jumbo Kingdom, exclusively arranged for you!

TSE SUI LUEN JEWELLERY CO LTD:
TSL is one of the few merchants that received the Outstanding QTS Merchant Award for 10 years and counting. Known for offering a wide range of products, from quality-cut diamonds to outstanding original design handcrafted jewelry, a visit to the TSL factory will give you an exclusive first-hand experience of a state-of-the-art jewelry facility.
