Reply From Gray Line:

Thank you for bringing this issue in Lisbon to our attention. Bus frequency on these routes is, no question, the main determining factor between a good service and a bad one, and we do apologize that the vehicles were not at their planned stops for the intervals that we advertise. We will look into this issue, and thank you for choosing Gray Line.

Всё плохо организовано. Тяжело найти остановки автобуса. В 3 автобусах из 4 не было русского языка. Очень душно.
Reply From Gray Line:

We're sorry to hear that you ran into the logistical issues that you detailed during your trip in Lisbon. While we are happy to be able to provide multi-lingual audio commentary on our tours, we agree that 3 of the 4 busses not having Russian headphones is not as helpful as someone such as yourself would have prefered. You shouldn't have to miss out on information in your native language based on us dropping the ball on this part of the service we promised. Because of your review, we've touched base with our Portuguese Office to ensure that they are always as prepared as possible for the preferences of the many guests we get throughout the season. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.
