Your instructions clearly stated that my ticket could be redeemed at "any of the 60 hop on locations", however, this was not true. We had to redeem them at your office first. This does pose a dilemma when you then have #1 find the office location, #2 walk a distance to it. Thus, it defeats the purpose of HOP on HOP OFF.

Hello,

We do apologize for this miscommunication, however, for all tours in NYC you must first redeem your voucher for a ticket at one of our visitors centers. There are more than just one, and we apologize if this information was not clearly presented along the way. Once underway, we hope you enjoyed your tour.

I booked a package that included the London Eye, and - as all bus tickets - a free walking tour and river shuttle. My awful experience:- I sent an email asking where I will get the additional tickets (London Eye, Walking Tour, River Shuttle) as I had received NO information on this, only a voucher for the bus- I received a friendly reply that I would receive the tickets from street staff and inside the bus once I redeem the bus voucher. I particularly send another email asking if I get the additional tickets in/at the bus and if going to one of the offices is not necessary. The response: Yes- Once arrived, the street staff did not seem knowledgeable, and also told me I have to go to an office to get my additional tickets and that I would also not get the tickets in the bus. Thus the complete opposite of what I was told via email.- We were advised to take a bus in the complete opposite direction where we actually were planning to go to get to the office and get the tickets. - Although traffic was not particularly worse than usual the bus was more than 20 minutes too late and we had to wait for over 30minutes at a crucial pickup point (Westminster)- Having finally arrived at the office the line was incredibly long, we were waiting for over half an hour, outside in the cold. Simply awful. There was only one person serving the whole line, which is ridiculous for that amount of people. Also, the staff member didn't really care about the bad experience we had and wrong information we had received up to then.- The second day, we used the bus for one long ride - and there was no narration at all. So also here, personnel expenses are saved. Finally, I sent an email of complaint to the company, explaining my discontent and its reasons. Having had so much trouble and as we lost so much time I also asked for a partial refund or a little freebie - not a chance, not even the least they could do: respond anything. So now here it is, my first review. I usually don't complain. And I would not have written that kind of review if the management had showed that they cared about my opinion. But they didn't. And all this together was too much. Don't go with Gray Line / Golden Tours. They don't care about you. They care about the masses.

The London Eye 4D is a groundbreaking 3D film with in theatre effects, such as wind, bubbles and mist, to make the 4D. The film itself is a touching story of a little girl in London with her father. Her view of famous London landmarks is obscured by people and traffic, but a seagull draws her attention to the London Eye and her visit finally gives her an amazing view of the city. Colourful parties inside the capsule, time lapse of the London Eye day and night and a spectacular firework display all add up to an emotional and entertaining experience; the perfect prelude to the Coca-Cola London Eye itself.

This is a Flexible Standard Ticket allowing individuals to turn up at any time without a reservation to get on at the next available time. Please visit after 1pm for shorter queue times.
