Our tour guide "con" was unfriendly and dishonest. He talked to the kid in a bad temper and speaked very unclearly throughout the tour, I cannot hear the words he was speaking. In addition, I lost my wallet immediately after the tour and I am very certain it is left on the bus. I was told by the staff that the driver did not find anything from the bus. I am positive it has been taken by the bus driver but there is no way to verify it as I am forced to accept whatever Grayline tells me, I am very disappointed.
