Wasn't thrilled with the tour at all, didn't see much, thought it was over priced for riding a bus in the dark

This tour felt like a shuttle service from the hotel to dinner to Broadway. We drove by the Parthenon (the side of it not even the front), drove by Vanderbilt University and Music Row. We then drove down Broadway and were dropped off/picked up at the Renaissance Hotel (which is further away) rather than at the Ryman which is normally where the drop off for free time is. This may not seem like a big deal but there were 4 of us on board and all have difficulty walking so this impacted our enjoyment. We DID NOT see the Ryman, the Country Music Hall of Fame, Riverfront Park, Bicentennial Park or the Symphony Center. All of which are listed as attractions that would be seen on the tour. The majority of the tour drivers conversation was about places to eat and not about the attractions that were supposed to see.

We regret to hear about your experience with us in Nashville. We will reach out to our local team to discuss the reason for the change in drop off and pick up location. Unforeseen circumstances may impact the original itinerary and unfortunately we cannot always predict or control this. However, we will do our best to ensure that changes like this are made aware beforehand. We appreciate your honest feedback.

If I had known it was a right wing tour I would not have gone. Digs about Hilary, digs at Al Gore (repeating information that has been bunked), telling us he got in trouble and he "can't say" stuff anymore but told us anyway. I am not an Oprah fan but did not appreciate all the Oprah digs either. I wanted a tour of Nashville not a running right-wing commentary if they were jokes they were not the least funny. I will never recommend or take one of your tours again. I work in hotels and travel a lot and I have taken a lot of tours and most are good and informational. This, however, was a huge disappointment.
