We had a nice time on the ferry. Although, we had booked the tour when it had three stops instead of two so we were disappointed that the ferry didn't stop in Brooklyn. We had planned to get off there.When we checked in at Gray Line to pick up our actual tickets, we had problems. Apparently there are two websites to order tickets, the corporate website and the franchised city. The corporate website didn't offer the correct promotion code for our selected itinerary so we were declined part of our tour and told that we should always book through the direct franchise. I argued with the manager until he looked it up on the corporate website to find that I was correct and the website had the wrong code. Ultimately, he honored the original purchase but it left a bad taste in my mouth, especially since that was the reason why I originally called to verify the excursion.

The tour guides are very knowledgeable and friendly

Rachael was AWESOME and very knowledgeable about NY city. She was also funny and had a way of carrying the audience

Tours were informative and pleasant. Sometimes it was hard to hear the guide.
