The Boat ride only went half trip. High sand bars in the river, we could not proceed on to the Notre Dame. This should have been explained. Aslo, tour buses DO NOT have your company name on them, have your recently sold the buses to another company?? Driver allowed us to ride the bus, but I'm not sure if it was a GrayLine bus. the buses were RedWhiteBlue with no names.

stop 6,7blocked by construction,no info on where bus is.after 50 years of travelling ,your bateau is the worst I have ever seen.waiting for buss for long times, get more buses orcancel a line.No employes anywhere to be seen, like other Bus Co.

Very good. Easy to get from one line to another. One suggestion I have is to have the stop numbers very prominent so that you can see them on approach

If it were not for the Batobus, my rating on the actual tour would be EXCELLENT. I tried to catch the Batobus twice, once at Notre Dame and again at the Musee D'Orsay. The signage is horrible and the landing sites cannot be found. I paid for the boat tour... but could not find it at either location. The bus drivers were also of no help.
Reply From Gray Line:

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about this experience using the Batobus whilst on your Paris Hop On Hop Off Open Top Bus & Boat Tour. As our trusted third party operator, we rely heavily on them to continue the same level of quality service on the Seine River that you came to expect on while on land with Gray Line. Based on your feedback, we will certainly discuss with them ways in which we can improve their signage and presence so that new visitors to the city can easily spot their next hop on/hop off point. Again, thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention!
