Very poor customer service!
Reply From Gray Line:
Hello Colleen,

We do wish to apologize for this customer service issue you've outlined in Paris recently. We understand that tours do need to be cancelled from time to time, and our Easy Cancellation Policy is put in place to ease this process. Refunds and cancellations do need to be carried out with our team in Paris directly however, so we will inquire with their office as to why they wanted you to contact Gray Line Worldwide in the first place. We apologize for what looks like a lack of transparency, as this is obviously the opposite of what we wish to be. We will touch base with our local team regarding this issue, and thank you for bringing it to our attention.

The Gray Line Team

Montmartre rises high above Paris, a quirky village crowned by the white Sacre Coeur Basilica. By the end of the 19th century, many famous artists (Van Gogh, Renoir, Picasso, etc.) settled there with their families to enjoy the simple and peaceful country life, and the reputation stuck.

Visit the small streets of Montmartre and its famous places: Place du Tertre, le Lapin Agile, Vineyards of Montmartre, Cimetery Saint Vincent, Villa Léandre, le Moulin de La Galette, Abbesses district.

  • End of the tour at Paris l'OpenTour stop n°51 "Blanche", Yellow Line, in front of the Moulin Rouge.
  • Visit in Spanish on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
  • Visit in French on Sunday.
