Many of the sites weren't marked- which was incredibly frustrating, (and made it seem like less of a legitimate tour). The buses were too infrequent. The driver was the announcer, which I understand is cost effective, but the drivers were at times distracted with driving (understandably) but it took away from the tour aspect. You need to have a smart phone (with roaming data if applicable) to best use this tour- the buses weren't on time so we needed to track them on our phones. While I did enjoy the stops it had, I wouldn't recommend this tour.

The tour guides were informative nd very helpful when my dad left his phone on one of the trolleys. They made sure to get it back, and the driver was super understanding.

The Portland city tour was great. I liked how you could get off (or not) at any stop to spend some time and then get back on the trolley on the hour up until 4 or 5. This gave people an opportunity to spend time at more than one stop. It was a perfect way to experience the city.
