- Animals Transport:
- No charge is made for guide animals for blind or hearing impaired passengers, providing that the owners present an official document attesting to the need of being accompanied, to the driver before the start of the journey.
- All dogs must be kept on a short leash at all times while on the vehicle.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse to carry any dog (including guide/hearing dogs) if in the opinion of the driver-operator/conductor to do so would jeopardize the safety of the other passengers. In the interests of health and safety the Company policy is to convey only one dog in each bus at any one time.
- No other animals or pets will be allowed under any circumstances.

The tour was good, however it was unclear where the route went. The map that you have on paper from one of your kiosks was great but having it on line would greatly have helped plan the trup

Very good idea if You don't have a lot of time to visit most of the sightseeing spots. I recommend it to everyone who want to save some energy as well. Amazing way to discover the City, very good comunication between the blue and orange line. Audio guide in multiple languages. I do highly recommend the Gray Line :)

The instructions are broken and it does not say where you can redeem the ticket the first time. I had to look online for the instructions and it took me like 15 minutes to get where to go the first time. Also there are some stops that take forever.
