Great to use for pick-up from the airport. But it wasn't easy getting them to pick me up from my resort and to take me back to the airport.

Very comfortable car and friendly driver. The only suggestion I would make is at the airport when we arrived is that, because the Gray Line agents are so far down from the airport exit (outside) it would be helpful if at least one was holding a large sign saying Gray Line. They had two other large signs but we didn’t go there at first because the signs said other things. One of the Taxi drivers had to tell us that was Gray Line. When you are a 74 year old couple lugging suit cases you don’t want to be wandering around trying to find them. Easier to hop in the nearest cab.
