No one picked up us at the hotel because of the operation error in your office. We had to take taxi to the monument by ourselves. it ended up we paid extra $20 for the taxi + entrance fee. We didn't hear any apology from your office. Very bad service!

Hello,

We want to thank you for taking to review this service, and apologize for any inconveniences. After reaching out to our team in Ecuador, they informed me that they never received any hotel pickup request or confirmation from you, thus your pickup point was, by default, the main departure point of the Holiday Inn Express hotel in Mariscal. We apologize if this information was not made explicitly clear prior to your tour, but it is listed on our tour's page on our website. We hope you had a great rest of your stay in Quito, and hope to make up the experience to you sometime soon!

ITINERARY

We will start at the northern part of the city heading up to the “Middle of the World City” (entrance is included) where the monument that divides the Northern from the Southern Hemisphere will be observed. It was built during the XVII century when a French Expedition defined the precise location of the equatorial line. At the end, optional visit either to Intiñan or Ethnographic Museum.

Departure from the appointed hotels or from the Holiday Inn Express Hotel, meeting point in the Mariscal area.
