Could not get inside due to swells.

The tour was well organized and the guides very good, however it was a very long day and and the crowds made it longer. Maybe advance notice that this is a 14+hour tour would be good. Additionally rather than driving through Rome to various hotels at the end of this long journey a central drop off spot for all would be more efficient.

A very long day, from hotel departure to return to hotel was 15 hours. The actual time on Capri was about 4 hours of which 1.5 hours was walking from the ferry and back to buses and riding the bus to lunch and back and waiting in lines. Really there were about 2.5 hours to enjoy Capri, and we shopped for an hour and took an hour boat cruise around the island (which was an extra 18 Euro per person). The boat cruise was great, lunch was fair (additional charge for even water to drink), and the island was beautiful and unique. Our main tour guide Pippo was very helpful. I would not recommend this tour, as the total cost for what we did was 326 Euro for two people. There are many better things to spend your money on in Italy. We have spent 6 weeks in Italy over the past 18 months, and done multiple Tours with GrayLine and this was the only dud.

We definitely appreciate your feedback and will certainly adjust our tour so it stays up to the standard of our other tours you've taken.
