Tours were great. But we were told pick up was 9:30 am near our hotel. We made sure we were there early in case they came early . We didn’t want to miss it. They did not show up until 10 o’clock which is when the tour was suppose to start from the visitor center. It was hot and rainy and hard for a senior. The rest of tour was great. Friendly staff.. Great riverboat ride along the Savannah River

Overall tour was fun and informative. Getting the boat ticket (after being dropped off by the trolley) was not as easy as it should be. The office we were directed to had two ticket counters (in front and back of store), neither of which had Gray Line signage. In the ten minutes we spent in the store we, and other customers bounced between the two counters trying to figure out where we should go. General mayhem, which appears to happen throughout the day, with not action by the staff handing out the tickets. Hint: the counter in the back is the Gray Line counter.
