Next, you will stop at the newly opened Shimao Wonderland, a stunning structure of the Intercontinental hotel built on the site of an abandoned quarry. A traditional Chinese lunch in a local restaurant is followed by a walk in the Songjiang University Town, the largest higher education sector in mainland China. Before the trip back to Shanghai City, visit Fangta Park, one of the first celebrations of traditional Chinese architecture following the Cultural Revolution, including the city's Square Pagoda and Mazu Temple.
