Pick up from the cruiseport was excellent. Juan was friendly and respectful and easy to find. Vehicle was excellent. Juan's narrative of Vino del Mar and Valparaiso was good but communication outside the script was difficult due to language issues. Also we would have liked mor einformation baout the lunch stop and the option to miss it. It was noisy and overpriced. It feels like a tourist trap which ruined our satisfaction.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us an even sided review about what was good, and what you would have liked to see improved on the tour you recently joined with us. We do apologize that our guide clarity was not up to the standard you had hoped it would be; we do trust our guides to be able to communicate effectively and apologize for any shortcomings in this area. We'll reach out to our team in Chile to make sure that they are utilizing the best people for the job. In addition to that, we do apologize that there appeared to be aspects of the tour that were not described as best as they could have been. In addition to our guide services, this is something that any respectable tour company should make it's guest aware of, and we hold ourselves to these standards without question. We thank you for bringing this to our attention here at Gray Line Worldwide, and we hope to have you join us on another experience soon in order to make up for the experience!

Enjoy a Private Shore Excursion being picked up at the Valparaiso Cruise Port and explore the coastal cities of Valparaiso and Viña del Mar.

You tour begins at Valparaiso Port to explore the historical district and the hills around it, both declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Among the highlights you`ll see here are the following: Cerro Alegre, Cerro Concepción, Zona Típica (historical district) and the Mirador 21 de Mayo, from where you can get stunning views of Valparaiso.

Your tour continues to Viña del Mar, known as "the garden city". The first stop will be the Flower Clock (Reloj de Flores), which is among the most visited highlights of the city due to the belief that by taking a picture with it, you are very likely to go back to Chile in the future! The next stop will be the Casino and for those interested the Fonck Museum, displaying a complete collection of archaeology and zoology (entrances are at own expenses). At the entrance of the museum, you can also take a picture with an original moai brought from Easter Island.

After the tour you can be dropped off either at your hotel in Santiago or at the International Airport.
