Good tour for first time visitor to get oriented to the city. Tour started on time, bus was clean, and a/c worked. Our tour guide, Matt, was friendly and knowledgeable.

Person picked us up in time and ended in time. Knowledgeable and person spoke about things as we drove. Dropped us off where we asked.

I wish there were half stars... I would only take a half star off for a miscommunication as to where to meet the tour..... I waited outside of my hotel for quite a while (with mobs of other folks waiting to be picked up for various tours, so there was a great deal of chaotic activity and noise) before the scheduled pickup time, and never found the tour bus. I tried calling the 800 number on my confirmation at least twice, and got a "we are closed" message. In all the noise on the plaza, a voice mail was left on my phone from a number I didn't recognize (not the 800 number that I had been calling), and when I eventually listened to the message and realized it was Gray Line looking for me, I called back and we worked out a solution. Gray Line sent a driver to pick me up and take me to where my tour was presently stopped at Stanley Park. I ended up missing about 45 minutes of my tour, but the woman in the office and the driver who picked me up were absolutely wonderful!!The tour (Vancouver City Tour and the Lookout) was a great overview of the city, it fit perfectly into my time schedule, the driver was quite knowledgeable and friendly, and I very much enjoyed it, even though I missed a bit of time at Stanley Park.....

Vancouver City Tour was great. We rode via motor coach to several city parks like Granville and Stanley Park and covered several sections of city including Chinatown and Gastown. The last stop was the Lookout downtown near Gastown. A bit scary taking elevator to top but great view. Tour guide did a great job describing everything and dropping everyone off where requested. We stayed in Gastown and had dinner at the Water Street Cafe near steam clock.
