This was overall a great experience. Very informative. The guide was versed in the Vatican and knowledgeable. She told wonderful antidotes throughout the tour.My recommendation would be for the guide to let the group know how expansive the Vatican is and that is would take days to tour all the components. It felt rushed at times. Also, there was only one earbud, instead of two so it made it hard to hear and there was something going on with the guide's volume which made it quite loud. The volume button on our individual sets was not working so many people kept taking the ear bud out because of how loud it was.
