About the Gray Line Corporation

Gray Line has its principal office in Denver, Colorado. As a Maryland non-stock corporation, Gray Line is the owner, and licensor of registered trademarks, trade names, service marks, designs and logos, which are used in connection with sightseeing, charter, transfer, destination management, package tour, attraction ticketing and other travel services (“Services”). Independent businesses operating under License from Gray Line within a geographic territory, known as Licensees, conduct these Services. As such, Gray Line does not itself provide any Services. Rather, it facilitates and communicates content, features, promotions, and the ability to make a reservation and/or purchase tickets for the Licensee providing the Services. Further, Gray Line does not operate or manage websites for individual Licensees unless explicitly listed herein.

Information Gray Line Collects From You

We collect information from you, including information that directly or indirectly identifies you (“Personal Data”), to provide you with better services. In some cases, the information we request may be Personal Data in order to fulfill an order and enable you use certain services on this Site. For example:

When you place an order for Services, we request certain Personal Data from you on our order form. You must provide contact information such as first and last name, email address, phone number and billing address, and financial information such as credit card number, expiration date and security code. We use this information for billing purposes and to complete the transaction. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. We may also use this information to help with successful fulfillment of the Services.

If you create an account, you must provide your first and last name, email address and a password. In some cases you might also provide a mailing address, phone number, and a photo. We retain information on your behalf, such as itineraries or other files that you store using your account. This is to help you with past and future purchases.

In addition to information we collect to complete a purchase, when you use our Site we automatically collect information which helps us improve our Site. Private-label Sites and Partners

In addition to receiving user data from the Site, we may receive Personal Data about you from companies that provide our services by way of private-labeled websites or companies that offer their products and/or services on our Site. Feefo: Our Site uses Feefo software and tracking tools as an independent 3rd party review system to obtain feedback related to transactions and Services on www.grayline.com. Google Analytics:  Our Site uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service by Google Inc. Google Analytics uses cookies in order to analyze your use of the Site. The information about your use of this website collected using cookies is usually transferred to and stored on servers of Google Inc. in the US. Prior to the transfer to the US, Google masks and thereby anonymizes your IP address within the territory of the EU or of the European Economic Area. Google Tag Manager. The Site uses Google to manage website tags. The tool Google Tag Manager itself does not collect personal data. Rather, the tool triggers other tags that may collect data (such as the tag of Google Analytics). Google Tag Manager does not access such data. A deactivation on the domain level or cookie level will affect all tracking tags implemented via Google Tag Manager. Google Double-Click, Google AdWords Conversion, Google Dynamic Remarketing. The Site uses Google Analytics to evaluate data from the Google services AdWords and DoubleClick for statistical purposes.   • When you make a purchase with Gray Line, the Personal Data you provide will be shared with the third parties necessary to complete your purchase transaction, all of which are required not to use your information other than to provide the services requested by Gray Line. For example: we provide your name, address, email address and phone number to the Licensee or Service provider.
  • To charge you for your transaction, we share your name, billing address, and credit card number with the credit card authorization company and payment processor.
  • Gray Line may also share your Personal Data with third party service providers to conduct quality assurance testing, to facilitate the creation of accounts, to provide technical support (including through live chat software) and to provide other services to Gray Line.
