Alex was very engaging, knowledgeable and fun. He made the tour so interesting. We saw a lot of things we would not have seen if exploring the city on our own.

While the tour operator was enthusiastic and fairly knowledgeable about the local attractions of San Antonio, he should learn better time management. Too much time in the morning, when one feels fresh, was spent on too many unnecessary details about building architecture and too many stops along the San Antonio river. That took up a lot of needless time so that by the time we made it to the park we were feeling tired and the crowd had grown bigger— not good during the Pandemic and decided to abort the Japanese Garden tour that I had so much looked forward to.
