A great experience, only wish there was a little more time. Waiting to board the helicopter took time away from seeing the Grand Canyon and getting lunch so felt rushed, but other than that was wonderful!

Our bus driver/guide was excellent and our pilot, Ben Waddell, was exceptional. Slightly disappointed that if you take the helicopter ride, you really don't have enough time to see Eagle Point and Guano Point. Getting food at the Eagle Point Cafe was a challenge because they were not serving at the Guano Point Cafe that day. We did not do a champagne toast.

Fil our driver was very friendly and informative, my only possible criticism is maybe it would be nice if he didn’t speak so much as it was an early morning pickup an£ it would have been nice to take a nap

It was a cool helicopter ride, but it would have been nicer if the pilot was able to go like 100 feet higher up just so we could see the vastness of the canyon. But definitely loved the opportunity to go into the Canyon and ride the pontoon boat down the river -- was amazing to see the canyon from that perspective and really appreciated the boat captain.
