This was a great value and really helped us see a lot of Rome's main attractions! We booked the 48 hour pass - it was easy to locate the bus stops and we never had an issue getting a seat (we were a few weeks ahead of the high tourist season, so not sure how crowded things get in peak season). It does take a little longer than expected between stops, so just plan accordingly - if you don't have a set agenda, this is a great option.

Excellent tour. With the hop on hop off tour you can discover the main places in the city and then decide which one you want to explore in more depth. The staff is very good and the audio description of the locations is satisfactory. The bus frequency is also good. Fair value.
