- Service dogs are allowed to travel with the correct and current paperwork, small oxygen tanks are allowed
- All reservations must be confirmed 24 hours prior to travel date
- 24-hour prior cancellation policy in effect for all tours
- Passengers who have a pacemaker will not be able to go inside the Hoover Dam due to the electromagnets in use inside
- No food or drink is allowed inside the Hoover Dam

From the booking perspective everything was OK. I booked last moment, got a confirmation before the tour time. I was picked from my hotel and delivered back. Everything was well organised. A pity that they skipped one point of the tour without giving any ahead information to the customers.

Driver was good and professional. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is that the inside of the dam was closed and it would have been nice to know that at booking time
