Disappointed in the river cruise portion. There were people onboard for a business outing. They obviously were not interested in the sites. They were talking and drinking the entire time. We sat on the bench at the front of the boat thinking we would be able to see the sites. Wrong! They stood in front of us the entire time so we couldn't see a thing. I think this business should have had an individual charter just for them. While I enjoyed the bus tour I would not take the river cruise again.

It was easy to find the embarkation site at the Mall of America. Ruth was knowledgeable, professional and entertaining as a Guide. Matt did a wonderful job driving the bus. The Minnesota Queen river tour was charming, educational and beautiful sceneries and very well narrated. We would love to do another tour with Ruth. The Rose Garden, the garden with the Asian city cooperation, the drive through neighborhoods, the tour around the lakes and Minnehaha Falls was terrific. We enjoyed our lunch in the Food Court of Macys. All in all, a fabulous tour with a GREAT Guide and driver.

We enjoyed this tour. Judy was an excellent guide and the driver was quite good, too. Judy knows the area well, and her narration was informative and entertaining. Although the captain was unable to take us through the locks due to river conditions, the Mississippi cruise was relaxing and impressive.
