A wonderful way to experience Quebec City! The driver and tour guide were phenomenal. Just as a heads up, if you’re staying near Dorchester Square they will not pick you up from the hotel as it’s in walking distance to the meeting grounds.

Good tour. What was confusing is the walking tour guide asked for a tip and then got off the bus and then the driver asked for a to when we got back to Montral. I wasn't sure how to divide that up, as tips are usually bad on price of your.

Never having been to Quebec before this tour has made me want to return. The tour guide Katia was excellent and had a world of information I did not know. It was a perfect day.

It was a great tour, but I would leave off the Montmorency Falls. Also be very clear with passengers that they cannot keep coming back late from stops - the same family was late 3 times and ended up shortening our tour time waiting for them and we also got back later because of them. Pierre and our driver Frank were great!

The tour was bit rushed but overall ok.The reservation system needs to be CLEARER: why have us click on a page through a button that says “view and print vouchers” (because you won’t accept electronic tickets…) only to find out the day of, by the driver, that the printouts are no good, and we need tickets issued by the counter??!! An extra line of instructions would save everyone the confusion, and ultimately switching to e-tickets asap would be best.
