They picked us on time. They provided us with delicious breakfast pack. We went to Miami on scheduled time. Tour guide explained us about the tour and guided us. We had a great time at Miami and we enjoyed it very much. Finally we came back to Orlando according to the scheduled time and I recommend GrayLine as one of the best tour organizing company.

Although the running commentary was informative I probably think most people were not really listening to it. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, ensuring who to go to should we look for should we get lost once on our own. Had plenty of time for shopping north side and more than enough time for the beach and south side shopping. Although for me I would have been happy to head back at 6pm rather than the 7pm collection time. However great value for money
