Ich hatte zuerst für den Nachmittag gebucht und wollte dann auf den Vormittag umbuchen. Das ging ohne Probleme. Die Mail-Adresse auf dem Ticket war allerdings falsch! Das solltet Ihr ändern, weil man doch erst verwirrt ist, wenn man keine Mail schicken kann.Jede Kontaktaufnahme war sehr nett, sehr höflich und sehr hilfsbereit. Gute Arbeit! Danke!
