Very good tour and tour guide is very knowledgeable about history and site. Tourist do get lost and do get late to return to the bus, especially elderly and tour guide put effort to make sure everyone is back in time.

Every thing was very nice - the chateaux and the gardens amazing - without the the hordes of Versailles.. Curious thing: The driver never spoke to give us instructions as to where and when to return etc. However this was very well indicated on the info sheet. Perhaps language problems obviate the spoken instructions since it wold have to be done in many languages.

The activities were very good, especially Fontainebleu. However, the driver was about 10 minutes late opening the bus up. That may not seem like much, but several of us were waiting in line 20 minutes ahead of time, it was early, cold and there was no place to sit down. It would have been great if he was prompt. Also, once I had the vouch, picking it up was chaotic. The Gray Line room was packed and there were no real "lines." People just tried to push ahead. Otherwise, it was fine.

The guide was knowledgeable but a bit pretentious.
