Cloakroom: The following must be left in the cloakroom: Suitcases, backpacks, and containers larger than 40 x 35 x 15 centimeters; Umbrellas, including those with spike tips, medium and large size; Walking sticks (except those required by disabled visitors); Tripods for cameras and video cameras; Signage of any kind; Shoulder bags no wider than 15 cm are allowed.

For the issuance of Vatican Museums tickets, providing a first name and surname is mandatory. Without this information, the ticket cannot be issued. It is also mandatory to bring your passport on the day of the tour.

From 24h before service date or no-show: 100% penalty (1 day)

The tour guide was very very patient, and did a great job, even though it was super hot and super crowded. I wish it were more "private" such that not as many people. Still I booked it so late, so I was happy to get in to the Vatican at all.

The tour was very good! My only recommendation to Grayline is to call one day before to coordinate the pick up, because in my case nobody contact me, so I had to call some local agent.
