Wonderful tour until we looked for a ride back to our hotel. It should have been made more clear to us (and others) that “pickup at the hotel” does not include “return to the hotel”.

Our trip to the Vatican and Sistine Chapel was amazing thanks to our tour guide Mona. I had a little mishap losing my ticket but with her help, it was found and I got to see all the beauty inside. She was very knowledgeable and passionate about the history which enhanced our experience tremendously. I would definitely tell my friends to pick a tour for this experience through your company. We were picked up on time from our hotel (a little earlier, actually) and driven to a meeting location, where we waited for several minutes for the tour to start. There was a cafe, so that was not a problem. Our small-group tour was able to bypass a very long line to get into the Vatican. Our tour guide was very informative and we enjoyed it very much until we got to the Sistine Chapel. At that point our tour guide informed us they were not able to go inside with us and give us information, but we saw other groups with tour guides getting info. This was confusing and also disappointing given the cost of the tour. Also, transportation back was not provided and we did not know this in advance. If you book this $$$$ tour, I think it's important to know these details.
