Easy to purchase tickets. Last year I had to cancel and did so with no problem. Trolley runs on schedule and the driver is helpful. You can hop on to go in either direction Not having to worry about parking was great - it's a vacation after all

This is my second time taking out-of-town guests on the trolley, and it was amazing both times! Charming vehicle, friendly driver, great historical narrative, and of course the scenery is utterly breathtaking. We took two hikes (Wahkeena Falls and Ponytail Falls) and both were perfect. Looking forward to going again!

We came to see the waterfalls on Saturday of Labor Day weekend. We appreciated the convenience of the trolleys and were able to fit in more than we anticipated, even with some longer hikes between rides. We kept getting the same driver and she was great! Well worth the money to avoid thick traffic and endlessly looping full parking lots.

The tour was a great way to be able to guarantee that we could see Multnomah Falls and not have to drive the narrow roads. I do however wish there would have been an option to get out and look and maybe have to wait only 39 minutes for the next shuttle rather than an hour.
